New Year’s RESOLUTIONS – Exercise

E – Exercise

Exercise!  One word…but it encompasses a variety of activities.  You can exercise by walking, running, biking, swimming or doing sports like baseball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, surfing, tennis, etc.

Some exercise activities are free and others cost.  You may have a gym membership.  But whichever method of exercise you choose, we all must make the same resolution…

Do it consistently.

If you’ve been exercising 30 minutes, why not up it to 40?  This year…raise the bar a little higher.

So how are you doing?  Have you selected a book to Read yet?  Now it’s time to get ready to Exercise more.  What will the next resolution be?  Check back tomorrow to find out…
