New Year’s RESOLUTIONS – Optimize Your Health

O – Optimize Your Health

Optimize your health.  It impacts everything you do—how you feel when you exercise, work and relax.  We cringe at the word diet.  But how about making some new goals for your diet?  Like trying to go gluten free.  Many applaud the benefits of a gluten free diet—less fatigue, fewer muscle aches and stomach upsets and the list goes on.

Or maybe you resolve to go on a low-fat diet.  Give up that extra scoop of ice cream…bag of chips…you name it.

Make some new goals for yourself.  You don’t have to be drastic.  Even gradual changes can help you optimize your health over the long run.

But always remember these words of wisdom from Mark Twain: “Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint.”
